With the launch of Amels super yacht ELIXIR, the fabled Dutch shipyard has done it again. The latest of the Amels Limited Edition 180 range, she is a highly stable oceangoing vessel, combining functionality and performance with masculine good looks and inviting onboard spaces. Her exterior is credited to the drawing boards of Tim Heywood, with Laura Sessa taking credit for the opulent, contemporary interior.
On board yacht ELIXIR Amels 180 Limited Edition model, she accommodates up to 12 guests in five generous staterooms, including a large owner’s suite with a hydraulic fold-down balcony and a steam room in the ensuite bath.
Other amenities on board Amels motoryacht ELIXIR include a cozy sky lounge / cinema filled with oversized plush seating; a large, private beach club and sauna area, and a dedicated SCUBA dive equipment area ensuring underwater exploration (for certified divers only) in the world’s best destinations.
Noteworthy are the generous exterior decks, creating a selection of comfortable relaxation areas on each deck, perfectly suited for a private retreat with family or friends. The expansive sundeck, said to be the largest of any charter yacht in the 55 meter range, features intimate side seating areas, a shaded lounge section, and a backlit onyx bar. A large Jacuzzi overlooks the foredeck and beyond.
What truly sets this yacht apart however, is the Laura Sessa-designed interior. Sessa has created an ornate and opulent environment that feels very welcoming. Rich tones of onyx and creams are complemented by soft touch fabrics.
