The crew onboard sail yacht MAITA’I (ex Sunreef yacht Che) have a favorite saying, “Close your eyes, make a wish…and we’ll transform it into reality.” That sense of enchantment underlines the superyacht experience guests feel when they step aboard this 74 foot Caribbean catamaran yacht charter vessel. From her design and layout, to her amenities and crew, every detail has been considered. On board sail yacht MAITA’I (ex sail yacht CHE) charter guests will experience the exhilaration of sailing, and the care and comfort of excellent service and outstanding cuisine.

Propelled by the wind, sail catamaran MAITA’I is an eco-friendly yacht, and performance is derived primarily by wind, not fuel. During the right sea and wind conditions, she can reach a maximum speeds of 16 knots. While some travelers associate sailing with boats that tip and heal to one side, the advantage of chartering a catamaran is the rock-solid stability. Catamarans are so wide, they simply don’t lean one way or the other. This translates to the type of comfort found on larger, more expensive motoryachts.

Built by Sunreef, the comfort enjoyed onboard this catamaran is a testament to the interior design team lead by Renaud Dejeneffe, and the naval architecture firm VPLP. The modern and chic interior is highlighted by the collection of original works of art including paintings, sculptures and furniture by Calder, Auguste Herbin, Botto, and Philippe Stark. Fine dining is highlighted by crystal stemware from Baccarat, and cutlery from Christofle.

Indoor entertainment is never an issue, thanks to options such as iPads and iPods in the cabins and the salon, a Wii game console connected to the large screen TV in the salon, and a computerized audio/visual system accessible form all cabins, and offering offer 300 movies.

Accommodations are offered for 8 to 9 guests, in 1 master cabin with queen size bed, 2 queen cabins, and 1 twin cabin. The master suite offers a large dressing room, and private bathroom with a Hansgrohe rain shower. The guest cabin configuration is amazingly adaptable – the double beds can convert into singles, and one double cabin can convert into a room for three children. All cabins offer en suite bathrooms, and bed and bath linens and accessories come from Herm├Ęs.

Roominess and stability at sea, modern design and flexible accommodations make this yacht the perfect option for a family vacation.
