Winner of a 2010 ISS Best Design Award, motor yacht NORTHLANDER was also a finalist at the 2010 Showboats Design Awards for both Best Naval Architecture and Best Recreational Area. Moonen yacht NORTHLANDER was the first 124′ yacht built by the renowned Dutch shipyard. This Moonen 124 is a sleek-lined motoryacht with a gracefully balanced bow and stern, and low superstructure profile.

The Moonen 124 motor yacht NORTHLANDER has many design features that makes her the ideal platform for the luxury yacht charter market. Guests can easily move about via the four-deck central atrium and spiral staircase. Her layout features a main-deck master suite, and two double and two twin guest staterooms below, all close to the staircase.

Other notable features are the large sun deck with Jacuzzi and wet bar, and a tender garage to store the tenders out of sight, leaving the decks clear of clutter.

The interior was crafted by Art-Line Interiors and features a fusion styling of western cherry joinery accentuated with Oriental details. Unique decorative items such as a copper floating sculpture add visual strength to the interior.

The yacht’s standout feature is the spiral staircase. It is encompassed by a mirrored atrium, and topped by an opening skylight that gives access to the sun deck. The daylight that cascades down fills the interiors with bright, natural light.

The bridge-deck saloon serves as an extension of the large, outdoor afterdeck lounge. Bright, sunny colors in upholstery and decorative pillows are everywhere.
