Built by Italy’s Rossinavi shipyard, motor yacht TARANSAY is an award-winning reproduction of a classic British boat from the 1930’s. The 38.55 meter yacht is built of steel and aluminum with naval architecture by the in-house Rossinavi team, in collaboration with STB Italia, and interior and exterior design credited to Studio Tassin. The International Superyacht Society (ISS) selected this amazing replica vessel as the best yacht between 24 to 40 meters at their 2015 Design & Leadership Awards. The original yacht saw duty serving the Royal Navy during World War II as a fire engine. The new super yacht TARANSAY will enjoy a quieter life as an elegant example of a classic luxury yacht charter vessel.

Stepping into the interior of Rossinavi yacht TARANSAY, visitors will immediately notice the homage to timeless, luxurious style. Dark woods of rich brown, with cream and blue accessories and upholstery are seen throughout the yacht.
A formal dining area is positioned forward, featuring a large, centrally-placed table. Unlike other megayachts where the dining area is part of the main salon, this is a dedicated dining room, and creates a sense of exclusivity. The room is flanked by six windows, bathing the private dining area in natural light while allowing supper guests the chance to enjoy spectacular views of the sea.
Aft of the dining room is the elegant main salon. This refined living space features large sofas, comfortable armchairs, a vintage inspired wooden chest, and large area rug covering a polished dark wood floor. The traditional tapestry and upholstery is resplendent in muted shades of reds, browns, oranges and greens. The roominess and traditional ambiance makes this an ideal social area.
The main salon opens to a shaded dining aft main deck. Here, guests will find comfortable seating for up to six guests for al-fresco meals. There are also cushioned seating areas beyond the dining table, with nautically themed blue and white striped upholstery.
More of this nautical theme is displayed on the upper deck, which boasts a large seating area under a canvas awning – all with the same design of navy blue and white striped cushions. The area is surrounded by translucent curtains that can be efficiently drawn to create a private relaxation area.
Accommodations are presented for up to ten guests in five luxury staterooms. Guest quarters are situated on the lower deck, consisting of three twin cabins, a VIP double cabin, and an expansive Mater suite. The same classic interior theme is continued in the accommodation deck, with rich woods complemented by crisp white linen on plush beds with blue trim and wall accents.
Powered by twin Caterpillar C18 Acert engines, the classic replica can achieve a maximum speed of 14 knot and a cruising speed of 12 knots.
