Brand new 2016 Sunseeker 155 model named motor yacht PRINCESS AVK launched. Her experienced charter-friendly crew and owner make an announcement. They want to secure a South of France yacht charter right out of the gate.
Having great success with the owner’s first charter yacht, the 40 meter Sunseeker yacht Princess K, the team at 1-800 Yacht Charters could barely contain their excitement, awaiting the launch of this newest “Princess.”

The yacht is in the water for less than a month. She secured bookings for 17-24 July (Cannes – Ibiza) and 01-21 August (Ibiza – Cannes). The rush is on to book a last minute Monaco Grand Prix yacht!
As the dates draw closer for Europe’s premier Formula 1 Grand Prix and similar special events such as the Cannes Film Festival, charter customers are cautioned to first concentrate on where they will dock their rental yacht.
“When a customer contacts us to rent a Monaco Grand Prix yacht, we immediately focus on securing a berth in Port Hercules, the only marina adjacent to the race course,” says Jana Sheeder, President of 1-800 Yacht Charters and The SailAway Group. “The only way to view the race from the deck of a yacht is to be moored in the marina, preferably in Zone 1, closest to the track and Jumbotron.”
Dock space in the port is reserved via a written application. It can take up to 5 weeks to process, unless you are a race team sponsor.
“It doesn’t matter if you want to attend the Grand Prix in Monaco or the Film Festival in Cannes, you must make it a priority to secure a berth many weeks, if not months, prior to the event,” reports Sheeder. “We hear horror stories where people have rented a yacht only to find their charter broker did not secure dockage at the marina closest to the special event location.”
Nearly all available dockage is already reserved for the Grand Prix. Sheeder and her team found yachts available for the race AND have secure dockage.
“We have several yachts, such as the 26 meter JACKIE ONE, available for the race and with a secured berth in Zone 1, right next to the race course,” claims Sheeder.
The 82 foot Amer motoryacht JACKIE ONE has event dockage.
She combines elegance with comfort and space. Maiora gave her a refit in 2007 to add features. For instance, the yacht now has a large hydro-massage Jacuzzi.
SALON – Her salon features comfort, entertainment, width, and home theatre. It has large windows and refined furnishings. Meal service alternates betwen the dining table in the salon, inside the cockpit, at the back on the aft deck, and above, on the upper deck.
The yacht can host up to 30 passengers for watching the race or for evening cocktail parties. She has four spacious cabins with accommodations for 8 overnight guests.
Motoryacht JACKIE ONE is offering a reduced rate for the Grand Prix of Monaco. She lowered her rate from €25,000 EUROS. Her 4-day rate for Monaco Grand Prix is now €20,000 EUROS. This includes secured berth for the race. The yacht is VAT exempt. Her running expenses, such as food and bar, are additional.

Pershing 82 motoryacht
The highly anticipated motor yacht Pershing 82 is on schedule to debut in the spring of 2012. A contemporary reinterpretation of its predecessor, the Pershing 80, the Pershing 82 is the ninth model added to the builder’s series of open performance yachts.

Looking for a way to entertain potential clients during the upcoming Venice Film festival 2015? Nothing says, “Thank you for the opportunity” to a prospect quite as well as a soiree onboard a multi-million euro megayacht.
The Festival runs from September 2 through 12, and the Royal Denship yacht FORCE BLUE is available for hire in Venice and is offering a discounted rate to secure a booking. Normally priced at €235,000 per week in September, the 207 foot yacht has lowered her price to €195,000 per week (a savings of €40,000).
Along with Cannes, Venice has long been considered one of Europe’s most glamorous, buzzy film events. A-list celebrities, but more importantly, film makers and buyers attend in the hopes of securing lucrative deals to promote and release independently produced movies.
To charter a yacht for a special event normally takes many months of advance logistical planning, and securing dockage next to an event venue often requires a reservation a year or so in advance. Fortunately, it is easier to secure last minute space in Venice, as the abundance of waterways make it easier to use the yacht’s tenders to get to and from onshore venues.
Large yachts like Royal Denship FORCE BLUE become a venue unto themselves. They serve as a place to conduct private business negotiations. Also, charterers entertain business associates and prospective clients onboard. With numerous entertainment areas, both inside the yacht and on her massive deck, hundreds of guests can gather to socialize. After the guests leave, the charterer and a select number of special guests (totalling 12 or fewer) can use the yacht as a private floating hotel – with a full-time staff of 19 onboard to attend to meals and cater to the guests’ every whim.
The yacht’s onboard amenities include onboard cinema (perfect for private film screenings), full gymnasium, hairdresser’s room, and a spa center, featuring Hamman steam shower, mud bath, sauna, hydro massage Jacuzzi, and massage room.
Social gatherings can be upgraded to full-scale dance parties. The yacht’s aft bridge deck can be transformed into a disco. There is a professional DJ station complete with psychedelic lights and disco woofer speakers.
Choose to lay a white carpet down on the dance floor, if you wish. This allows guests to dance with their shoes on. Most yachts do NOT allow guests to wear shoes on deck.
There is one component that makes the yacht hire so unique and practical. In specific, total privacy. No one steps onboard a yacht without the Charter’s permission. This discreet venue means businesspeople can negotiate deals in seclusion. Additionally, they entertain special guests. All of this away from the attention of gawkers, competitors, and the paparazzi.

Some of the world’s newest and largest yachts are ready for the festival. They host celebrities and VIP’s who come to the South of France for the film event. Privacy from tourists and onlookers is offered on yachts, in addition to a secure venue for parties and business meetings.
It has taken place every year – with the exception of 1948 and 1950 – first in the month of September, then in May as of 1952. After years of “Grand Prix,”the award given to the best film director, the Palme d’Or or (“Golden Palm”) was created in 1955. The “Palme” has become the enduring symbol of the event. It is presented in a case of pure blue Moroccan leather, lined with white suede.
The film festival takes place from May 11 to 22. Many attendees remain in town to attend the Formula 1 auto racing event along the streets of Monte Carlo, May 26 – 29.

Her celebrity owner used the yacht all summer. On-again/off-again Mediterranean yacht charter superyacht SEVEN SEAS heads to the 2011 Monaco Yacht Show. The show is September 21 through 24.
The spectacular 86 meter (280 ft) Oceanco motor yacht SEVEN SEAS has been in the news throughout the summer. Steven Speilberg owned yacht hosted family and celebrity friends, for instance, Gwyneth Paltrow, Blake Lively and Leonardo DiCaprio.
