We first profiled Dubois in May when a handful of the designers yachts swept the World Superyacht Awards. Some of the world’s largest yachts, specifically luxury sailing charter vessels like TWIZZLE, KOKOMO, and RED DRAGON. These yachts trace their pedigree to the studio of Dubois Naval Architects Ltd.
“Most people who organize charitable donations have a good reason to do so,” explains Ed Dubois. “In our case, our second daughter, Minna, was diagnosed with the rare form of childhood cancer – neuroblastoma – in July 2005. Her chances of survival, statistically, were about 40%.”
All funds raised go directly to Sparks. They will fund specific projects in the area of childhood cancer research. This was agreed upon by Ed and Honor Dubois.
To pledge a donation and for further information about the Dubois Child Cancer Fund (DCCF), please contact us HERE. We will direct you to the proper people. Thank you for #makingadifference with us.
