Sounds like you’ve got the “necessities” all in order. Now, it’s time to pack the cool stuff…the fun stuff…
It’s time to pack…the gadgets!!!
Whether you are traveling with the family by car to Disneyland, or hopping on a plane for a Benetti yacht charter along the Italian coast, a trendy, new electronic gadget is always fun to bring along.
Our intrepid charter department staff has come up with a list of their top four new electronic travel gadgets for 2011. Take a look and see if there’s any room in your luggage for one of these nifty toys:
PELICAN i1015 Smartphone Case – while not designed for swimming, this clear case protects your iPhone, iTouch or iPod from salt water spray, sand, and the like. Great for the beach or the trail.
Mi Suny Phone-Battery Extender – extend your battery time on your iPhone 3G and 3GS with an iPower solar battery charger case from Mi Suny. Recharge your battery with solar power, or use the USB cable. These cool-colored chargers use the sun to keep your iPhone juiced so you never have to go for too long with a dead phone.
Kodak PlaySport Video Camera – this hot little toy won several innovation awards at the 2011 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), the largest consumer technology tradeshow in the world. Kodak’s new vid cam can go practically anywhere you go. It’s waterproof up to 10 feet and can be dropped up to 4 feet, and features a full 1080p HD video.
Polaroid GL20 camera sunglasses – in January, Polaroid and Lady Gaga teamed up to introduce a new pair of sunglasses with a built-in camera. The glasses conceal a 5-megapixel camera to capture still images at 10 or 60 second intervals, or manually using a button on one arm of the glasses. The camera can also be used to capture video.
